After years in Human Resources, our founder decided to alter direction. She worked in many industries, from higher education and a Fortune 500 division, to non-profit and a multinational corporation - specializing in the construction and engineering sectors.  Now, she shares her passion and insight by helping businesses find their future path with their talent.
